Prohibition of child sexual abuse and exploitation
StrideLoop prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form. This covers profiles, photos, club content, session listings, reviews, messages sent to support, and any other material on the platform.
You may not upload, request, share, or link to content that sexually exploits a child, or use StrideLoop to contact a child for a sexual purpose. Accounts that do this are removed.
How to report
In the StrideLoop app, open the menu and tap Contact us, or email our child safety point of contact at support@strideloop.com. Include the profile, club, or content you are reporting. You can also use the contact form on strideloop.com.
What we do with a report
When StrideLoop obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE, we remove the material, disable the account, and preserve what is needed for an investigation. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to the relevant regional authority, including India's National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and law enforcement, as required by applicable child safety laws.
Child safety point of contact
Google Play and others can notify StrideLoop about CSAE content at support@strideloop.com. This contact can speak to our review process and act on a notice.
