Delete your StrideLoop account

You can permanently delete your StrideLoop account at any time. This page applies to the StrideLoop Android and iOS apps and to strideloop.com.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the StrideLoop app and sign in with your mobile number.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
  4. Confirm. You are signed out immediately.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@strideloop.com from any address with the subject “Account deletion request” and the mobile number registered with StrideLoop. We verify ownership via a WhatsApp code sent to that number and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Name, username, email, mobile number and profile photo
  • Date of birth, gender, address, location and emergency contact
  • Club memberships, followers and following
  • Sessions you created or joined
  • Running passport entries and event reviews
  • All active sign-in sessions on every device

What is retained

Order, payment, refund and event registration records are kept in a de-identified form for up to 8 years to meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law. They are no longer linked to your name, phone number or email. Challenge points and achievements are permanently lost.
